Baker Street Coins by Liam Montier

An ancient self-working principle gets a vintage remix in this brand new release from Liam Montier!

With a presentation about Sherlock Holmes, and how his deductions were often so startling that they were mistaken as magic, a demonstration is proposed.

From a leather wallet, three Holmes themed coins and a small cardboard map of Baker Street are removed.  The spectator, while the magician has his back turned, starts with the coins in a random unknown order, and then mixes them around (sometimes even faking the switches!)

One coin is then hidden in their hand, one in the wallet, and one underneath the map card.

Turning back around for the first time, you 'deduce' which coin is in their hand, and then which one is in the wallet!

The last coin, the Sherlock one, is the one underneath the map.

You explain that this would normally be anti-climatic, but you actually deduced BEFORE the whole trick even started that this is where the Sherlock coin would end up...

And to prove it, the Map card is turned over to reveal it is Sherlock Holmes business card!
