TERMS
In these terms:-
"Goods" means the apparatus, magic tricks or other products supplied by Kaymar (kaymarmagic.com) and the subject of the order made by You. "You" and "Your" means the person ordering Goods from kaymarmagic.com. "kaymarmagic.co.uk" or "We" or "Us" or "Our" means trading as kaymar magic company whose registered office is 43 Waltham Crescent, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV10 9JG
1. OUR CONTRACT
1.1 Our site invites You to buy Goods from Us. A legally binding contract with You will only arise once kaymarmagic.com has received payment for the Goods in full from You and has notified You of acceptance of Your order by e-mail to the e-mail address given by You in the order form.
1.2 Where a no price has been entered by You in the order form on our web-site or where an incorrect (understated) price has been entered, payment will only be processed once Kaymarmagic.com have confirmed and agreed a price with You either verbally or by e-mail.
2. PRICE
2.1 The price for any Goods ordered by You will be the price shown on the receipt which will accompany your goods. This price will include all taxes applicable from time to time and these will be detailed on the receipt.
2.2 Also included within this price is a delivery charge starting at of £1.50 UKP (for mainland UK) and starting £3.00 UKP (outside of mainland British Isles). The delivery charge will be detailed on the receipt which will accompany Your goods. If there is any change in the delivery charge payable We will notify You before Your order is accepted by Us and ask You to confirm that You wish to proceed with Your order. If there is any change in the delivery charge payable We will notify You before Your order is accepted by Us.
2.3 Subject to clause 4 - we will debit the price from Your debit or credit card when We, on receiving your order or as soon reasonably practicable thereafter, order the Goods for You. If more than one item is ordered We may deliver the Goods in instalments but if We do, We will not charge more than one delivery fee.
3. STOCK SHORTAGES
If items in your order are unavailable, Kaymarmagic.com will notify you as soon as possible and suggest a suitable replacement or later delivery date.
4. DELIVERING YOUR GOODS
4.1 Kaymarmagic.com will deliver Your goods to the address You have provided on the order form for delivery as soon as possible after Your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of the day after Your order was placed unless a later date is agreed with You. We normally aim to deliver Goods within the UK 2 within working days of acceptance of Your Order, (10 working days Europe, 14 working days USA & Canada, 30 working days rest of the World). This is an estimate only and We give no warranty that We will be able to deliver to You within that time.
4.2 Ownership of, and risk in, the Goods will pass to You once they have been delivered to You. If You return the Goods under clause 6, ownership of, and risk in the Goods returned will pass to Us on receipt of them by Us.
5. DEFECTIVE GOODS
5.1 If Your Goods are defective on delivery, you are entitled to return them to Us provided You have first contacted Us through the telephone number or e-mail address shown on Our web-site, or in writing at the address set out at the foot of every page of Our web-site, giving Us details of the defects, but only if We have agreed that the Goods should be returned to Us and you must return them within 30 days of your receipt of the goods. If it appears that the Goods are defective We will:
5.1.1 either replace or repair the Goods and return the repaired or replaced goods to You, free of charge; or
5.1.2 if the Goods are defective on delivery, and You so request, arrange for a full refund of the price and delivery charge of the defective Goods by crediting Your debit or credit card Provided that the Goods have not been modified or subject to mis-use or negligence. Please contact Us as described above for guidance on how to pack Your Goods to return them.
5.2 Except where You are a consumer, Kaymarmagic.com will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or loss of profits arising out of Our supply or failure to supply the Goods to You.
5.3 Except where You are acting as a consumer all other warranties, conditions and terms relating to fitness for purpose, satisfactory quality or conditions of the Goods whether implied by statute or common law or otherwise are excluded to fullest extent of the law.
6. USE OF CARDS
By placing an order You authorise Kaymarmagic.com at its discretion to carry out a credit reference or other enquiry upon Your financial status as Kaymarmagic.com thinks fit and You agree to provide such written authorisations which may be required for the purposes of such enquiry. In the absence of such authorisation We will be unable to process Your order.
7. REPRESENTATIONS
No statement, description, or recommendation contained in any catalogue, price list, advertisement, communication, the pages of this web-site or by any employee or agent of Kaymarmagic.com shall be interpreted so as to enlarge, vary or override in any way any of these terms and conditions.
8. RIGHT TO CANCEL
Once you proceed with your order you will have the right to cancel the purchase of any item from our shop providing you do so within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is a UK statutory right and is seperate and additional to our full returns policy. This will apply to your order providing the goods remain in an unopened/sealed condition and have not been used. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods and standard delivery costs, but not an additional service provided by us, such as a gift wrap service or a special delivery service. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we deliver the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
9. SHIPPING POLICIES
The buyer accepts all responsibility and accountability for compliance with any and all laws, rules and regulations which may affect the buyer. Especially relating to the importation and the use of kaymar magic products.
Kaymarmagic.com cannot accept different shipping and billing addresses, if you have two separate addresses please e-mail us at orders@Kaymarmagic.com to discuss the issue.
Kaymarmagic.com will ensure all goods are transported in good quality but we cannot accept any liability for the non-delivery of any products due to the actions of any government once shipment has left our port of exit. Once shipment has left our port of exit no returns are accepted and the only remedy to the buyer are per the terms of any insurance policy then in force covering shipment.

HSBC EPAYMENTS - GUIDE
Our credit card interface is supplied by HSBC using 128bit encryption. No credit card information is stored on this server for your own security. Card payments are handled exclusively by HSBC and therefore we have no control over whether your card is accepted or not.
In the unlikely event that your card is declined, please check your card details carefully. Please check with your credit card company if you experience any difficulties. For reference, here are the HSBC response codes:
